Staff are very friendly and food was hot and tasty
I visited here on Monday and was treated so well I was honestly surprised at the service. I spoke with 3 different staff members and all of them were very polite and welcoming. My food came promptly, it tasted great and can not complain at all. The place was clean and they disinfected dirty tables thoroughly which is pleasant and comforting to see, whilst eating I was approached at good times. I didn’t feel like the staff were being forced by management to check if I need anything, their care seemed genuine (maybe since I was alone) but neither the less, I enjoyed my visit. After I long day, it was a nice place to go and treat yourself My only criticism would be that to use the toilet I had to walk about side and go to tesco because the shutters were down to connect the building. I don’t know if this is because they were closing soon or if it was due to covid, but if I had to say one negative this is all I can think of Thank you Nandos Wembley
This Nando’s is smaller than some others because it’s attached to the Tesco Superstore but somehow they manage to get people seated and served so much quicker than the bigger ones. They are just as busy but have the best team of staff I have come across in any Nando’s. I have actually never experienced such friendly efficient service in a Nando’s like this one! Hence this review as I never thought I would need to review Nando’s lol. The staff are a credit to the franchise and should be rewarded.

Had a brilliant experience at Nando's Wembley Park! The whole team was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The manager was hands-on and available, making sure everything ran smoothly — it really showed. One of the team members kindly gave our 2-year-old some crayons and a colouring sheet, which kept him happily occupied while we waited for our food. Small gesture, but it made a big difference. Food was delicious as always, but it’s the great service that really stood out. Top team — thank you all! We’ll definitely be coming back.
Very good service Ma Shaa Allah, I did stay and charge my phone they let me as of today and staff were patient and kind. Just the music is too loud other than that 5 stars Alhamdulillah thank God for people like this. As someone who has worked in hospitality for service you won't be let down. The music being off etc is a me thing I like the Qur'an haha. Great service thank you
